Insta360 One X – Is it worth it?

The Insta360 One X by Insta360  is a great little semi prosumer 360 camera with a ton of bells and whistles.  You will get what you pay for on this one. Great for real estate, google street view, adventure, action camera, visual effects spherical photos, and much more.

With this camera, real estate photo are pretty easy.  I have used it in conjunction with Matterport and have gotten great results and happy clients.  You have to make sure your settings are right and you have good lighting to get the best results, but it is achievable. 

As an action camera the One X is awesome.  With the incredible in camera Flowstate Stabilizer system it makes it great for a quick edit and post to social media and other professional platforms.  With the waterproof Venture Case (5 meters) or the Dive Case (30 meters) you can go even farther with your adventures.

The app software on the both the phone and the computer is very easy to use and straight forward.  They have a bunch of great features like the new Color Plus, Story Editor, and True Audio. In addition to these you have the standard features like tiny planet and fish eye perspectives that are always a fun addition to you social media posts.
